Rudolph Vincent AllenRudy was born on February 22, 1930, in Ossining, New York. He was the son ofLena Williford Allen and Peter Allen. He was predeceased by his brother, Rev.George Milton Allen and his sister, Evelyn Allen (Lassiter).He married Virgin M. Artis (Bitty) (deceased), in November of 1951, after hisreturn from service in the U.S. Army, where he was deployed to both Korea andOkinawa, during WWII. From their union their son Lamont (deceased) was born.Rudy was a lifelong resident of Ossining. He worked at General Motors inTarrytown, NY, where he achieved the level Management.He was a member of the Ossining Fishing Club and served as their president forseveral years. Rudy was an active member of the Corinthian Lodge #44 ofOssining, NY.Rudy will be remembered for his smile, his laugh and his love for his family andfriends.From the Sportsman's Club to Rudy's Lounge, never let it be said that Rudy didn'tenjoy his life.
